1. Scope
This agreement governs your use of Omnie Connect (the "Service"), an integration that connects a Visma e-conomic agreement to reporting workflows operated by BLXMP ("we", "us"). "You" means the business that connects its e-conomic agreement. By connecting, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to this agreement.
2. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes for as long as your e-conomic agreement is connected and any separate commercial agreement with us is in force.
3. What the Service does
The Service reads data from your e-conomic agreement, read-only, so that we can produce the accounting and project management reports agreed with you. It never creates, changes or deletes data in e-conomic. Reports are prepared with the help of AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Mistral AI. AI-generated analysis and text can contain errors, so check figures against e-conomic before acting on them. Reports are decision support, not accounting, audit, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your bookkeeping and filings.
4. Your responsibilities
- Only connect agreements you are authorised to connect, and keep your e-conomic user access appropriate.
- Do not attempt to circumvent the Service's security, use it to access data you are not entitled to, or resell it.
- Tell us promptly about any suspected misuse or security issue at wmd@blxmp.dk.
5. Data protection
Where we process personal data on your behalf we act as your data processor under our data processing agreement, which forms part of this agreement. Our privacy policy explains the processing we carry out as controller. Your e-conomic data is never used to train or fine-tune AI models.
6. Third-party services
e-conomic is provided by Visma e-conomic A/S under its own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Visma, and we are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of e-conomic itself.
7. Fees
Any fees are set out in a separate agreement or order with us. Without one, the Service is provided free of charge.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless agreed in writing. We may change the Service and these terms; material changes are notified in advance by email or on this page.
9. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service and our report templates. You retain all rights in your data and in the reports delivered to you.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. These limits do not apply to gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Term and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the app in e-conomic or using disconnect. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or where required by Visma e-conomic. On termination we delete the stored access grant as described in the data processing agreement.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts, with the City Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance.
