Omnie Connect
Accounting and project reports from your e-conomic data
Omnie Connect gives BLXMP read-only access to your e-conomic agreement so we can build recurring reports on finances, profitability and project performance, without exports or spreadsheets.
How it works
- Connect. An administrator approves Omnie Connect inside e-conomic. e-conomic issues an access grant that only works together with our app's own secret.
- Report. When a report runs, the reporting workflow fetches the figures it needs directly from e-conomic, at that moment, and AI models help analyse them and draft the report text.
- Stay in control. Remove the app in e-conomic, or disconnect here, at any time. Access stops immediately.
Built for security
- Read-only by design. The service only issues read (GET) requests to e-conomic. It never creates, changes or deletes your data.
- No copy of your accounts. Accounting data is fetched live for each report and is not stored in a database by Omnie Connect.
- Encrypted credentials. The e-conomic access grant is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored in the EU.
- AI-assisted, never AI-trained. Reports are drafted with AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Mistral AI through their business APIs. Your e-conomic data is never used to train or fine-tune AI models.
What we access
- Company and agreement details (name, agreement number, base currency)
- Chart of accounts, accounting years, periods and booked entries
- Customers, suppliers, invoices and orders (as needed for the reports you request)
- Projects, project activities and time/cost entries (if you use project management)
- Departments and dimensions used for reporting
